Certified Trauma Integration Clinicians (CTIC) are professionals who generally hold a graduate degree or higher in Social Work or Psychology that have completed our comprehensive clinical certification program. This certification program focuses on building skills that allow the therapist to provide trauma and attachment specific services. Participants are extensively trained in our Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model Adapted (ITATM-A) ® and have had the opportunity to review cases and receive feedback to deepen their awareness of the model. Our treatment approach is integrative and based upon leading edge and best practice treatments following trauma and / or attachment ruptures. Participants are required to complete a core 5-day training, inclusive of observing live demonstrations of the model and practicing as the therapist and the client. To further reinforce and deepen their application of the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model Adapted (ITATM-A) ® they have completed monthly or accelerated consultations, and completion of an exam. This certification is meant to be a process that allows the therapist to continue to build upon their knowledge and skills in these areas.
